Usually formulated for specific applications, our binders, compounds and coatings are developed with our inorganic polymer technology to provide an easy-to-use solution processed at low temperature (<150°C), but that still offers resistance to heat, up to 1000°C (1800°F). CTAB Coatings for insulating non-woven fabrics

CTAB Coatings have been developed to enable the thermoforming of non-woven insulating fabrics while also preventing the release of loose fibers and improving the resistance of the non-woven fabrics to wear and tear. With a resistance to temperatures as high as 1000°C, CTAB coatings are completely incombustible and do not release gases at high temperatures.

CTAB Coatings are ideal for non-woven fabrics and mats made of glass, silica, quartz and ceramic fibers, and used in automotive applications, aerospace or household appliances.
